The British Barbecue Society is a group of BBQ enthusiasts from around the UK who have a passion for good quality barbecued food. We're not talking about cremating a burger or a few sausages, we love good quality barbecued food. Some of this will be grilled hot and fast but a lot of what we really love is slow cooked, wood smoked barbecue, whole joints of meat and birds and some of the things we do. Barbecue liek this is very common in the USA but much less so in Britain. Our aim is to change that and promote this delicious food to our home nation.
